 Objeto y sujeto

  Who y what pueden actuar como objeto o como sujeto en una oración interrogativa. 
Si actúan como sujeto no utilizan auxiliar (do,will,be...) para preguntar. 
Si actúan como objeto utilizan un verbo auxiliar.


Pronombre Interrogativo + Auxilar + Sujeto + verbo en forma no personal (inf., ger., part.)

Who did you ring? (¿a quién llamaste?) 
Who were you talking to? (¿con quién estabas hablando?)
Who has you phoned (¿a quién has llamado?)
 
Pronombre Interrogativo +verbo en la forma que corresponda (incluso formas compuestas) + objeto
Who rang you? (¿quién te llamó?) 
Who were talking to you? (¿quién estaba hablando contigo?)
Who has phoned you?(¿Quién te ha llamado?)
